Introduction

The Collaborative and Reflective Practice program provides a space for teachers to work together on their teaching practice. We believe that an intimate approach to professional development is required for teacher improvement and this is what we aim to provide in CRP. Teachers are able to ask questions about their teaching practice, reflect on their strengths, implement new strategies, and work on their opportunities for growth within the safety of a supportive peer group.
