The ideas examined include assumptions, beliefs, views or opinions that are of local, national or international significance. They consist of, for example: authoritarianism, capitalism, communism, democracy, environmental sustainability, egalitarianism, imperialism, nationalism, and self-determination (QCAA, 2019).
